2. Eligibility Criteria
- Garments must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Original woven brand tags, neck labels, and packaging must remain intact.
- Exchange request must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery.
3. How to Request an Exchange
Initiating an exchange is effortless:

- Our courier partner will arrange a doorstep reverse pickup from your address within 24–48 hours.
4. Refunds & Store Credits
In the rare scenario where an exchange item is out of stock or you request a refund, refunds are issued back to the original source payment method (UPI, NetBanking, Card) within 5–7 business days following our quality inspection. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are credited directly to your verified bank account or UPI ID.
